Rate my yugioh deck out of 10 and tell me what to change and add?

My deck is mainly for speed summonings and i always get an 8 star synchro in one turn b/c i mostly draw reinforcements of the army maurading captain and double summon which allows me to have 3 monsters out in one turn, I also use my solemn judgements and dark bribe to summon Van’Dalgyon The Dark Dragon Lord if they activate something to destroy my monsters which allows me to have 4 onsters on the field. the only problem for me is an opression deck if I dont have a dark bribe or a solemn judgement on the field but other than that I usually win the duel with my deck fast.
i replaced my raiza for montage dragon because my bro need it for his monarch deck.

    Well, it really looks like you know what you are doing! Except -1 Comrade Swordsman of Landstar +1 Jutte Fighter That’s, like, it.

    Yeah, and also, I’d use Kuraz as the main Monarch, but some people don’t like the no attacking first turn and the letting the opponent draw, but I think that the mass removal and also the ability to kill your cards to draw and like it’s a warrior, so like it is searchable with RoTA and it get’s it effect if special summoned, so yeah.

    Also, I’d like kick out Vortex and Reasoning for like two “The Warrior Returning Alive.” So yeah……

    Use more mystical space typhoons and get raigeki and harpie’s feather duster to replace lightning vortex and heavy storm.

    If Im counting this right i think you only have 38 cards in your deck so i suggest adding 2 more cards cuz a deck needs to have at least 40 cards :D Try adding a mobius the frost monarch, spirit reaper/marshmellon for some defense if u want. Add an exiled force or two. I gove your deck a 9 :D its pretty sweet
