when u have 2xcommand knight or 2xmagician valkyria or 2xmarauding captain(one of them sp.summon) ur opponent cannot attack..
dark grepher can be sp. summon and has 1700atck. from deck giant germ or nimble momomga u must have 3xof them to have nice combo

Big piece golem can be normal summoned without a tribute while your opponent has monsters on the field and you don’t. (same as cyberdragon)

There are not so many monsters that can be special summoned from the hand, but the best apart from Cyber Dragon I think, is The Tricky.
Patrician of Darkness is a monster that when on the field, you can choose the attack target of an attacking monster. There is also Magical Arm Shield and Attack Guidance Armor, which are traps, and you can make your opponent attack another of their monsters.
