You could &quot;graph&quot; it out.

Draw a graph pattern on the original.  (like graph paper-little squares.)

For example, if the room is 14&#039; long, draw something like 28 squares wide.  10&#039; tall, and you would draw something like 20 squares long

Now, draw the same number of squares on the wall LIGHTLY,

Now, copy each ORIGINAL square onto the wall in the corresponding square.  This will make the design that was in the little square much larger on the wall.

When you&#039;re done, &quot;paint-by-number&quot;.

Why not print it out then glue it into a seal able cardboard box, perforate around the perimeter and the feature lines. then put a light in the box and try to make a projector?

I just tried it with a flash light and piece of cardboard and it worked for me in a dark room.

You may have to contact a photo enlarging store that can make your picture larger and maybe mural size.  Try the internet
