Monsters: 1 x Blue eyes toon dragon 1 x Toon Black Magician Girl 2 x 2 Toon Gemini Elf Toon called skull x 2 x Toon goblin attack force 3 x 1 x Toon Masked Sorcerer Toon Mermaid Toon soldier a cannon x 1 x Golden Beetle (healing) Magic: 3 x 3 Toon World Toon Table of Contents x 2 x 2 x Axe of despair Soul Exchange x 2 Monster Reincarnation 1 x Emergency Provisions 1 x Vengeful Bog Spirit 1 x 1 x scapegoat Mind Control 1 x (map with Lightning on him – discard a card to destroy all face the enemy side of field – what's it called?) 1 x Giant trunade x 1 Mage Power 1 x on monsters (Hammer card that lets you shuffle your hand into your deck and draw the same number of cards) Traps: 3 Drain Shield x 3 x 1 x Sakuretsu Armor Please Waboku – please do not exceed the limits of a map or maps suggest prohibited – Thank you!
your idea was bad because you can not call most of your mosters if they destroyed your toon worlds and you need a game balanced, which means you need more traps and I recommend these cards mirror force or ruins or generalized harpies feather duster or a mystical space typhoon to have a string if they try to destroy your toon world (if you can destroy spells / trapcards first time you destroy your toon world)
