   has been a resource for Fantasy artists on the Web for more than a decade. I’ve been using it since 2000 at least. And they have a page on dragon anatomy at:

   It is very heavy on classical and academic styles, so if you take art classes you might ask your teacher for help.

   There are some other sites which offer dragon tutorials. I haven’t checked them out:
