How can I get better at drawing anime?

I love mangas like Dragon Ball Z / GT, Bleach, and Naruto. I want to learn to draw characters in the books, but it is hard. is there anything i could do to get better or any sites i could visit?

I am not a designer manga, but with all types of drawings / illustrations practice makes you better. Try to familiarize yourself with the style of anime. Get mangas you can read and respect the different styles. As you read, try scribbling a certain randomness arises, even if they are exactly like the book. Search up tutorials.
